Case 28
Before
After
Discoloured teeth and large interproximal spaces after successful periodontal treatment. Patient wanted the gaps closed and the colour and shapes of the teeth improved. Minimal preparation veneers were placed to achieved the desired outcome.

After
Front tooth with a dark core masked with a zirconia crown.
Case 30
Ceramic veneers and crowns on a patient who wanted to achieve a whiter and more “Hollywood” smile.
Case 31
Before
After
Dark cores (metal core) on teeth – zirconia crowns were fabricated to mask the dark cores without any show-through.
Case 32
Lateral incisor crowns done to match natural adjacent teeth.
Case 1
Missing front right tooth. Patient is unable to have an implant due to young age and she is unable to tolerate a denture. She has unrestored adjacent teeth, so to reduce the need for preparation of adjacent teeth, a successful resin bonded bridge was constructed and cemented to the adjacent tooth without any further tooth structure removal.
Case 2
Before
After
Missing front right tooth. Patient is unable to have an implant due to lack of bone. Has unrestored adjacent teeth, so to reduce the need for preparation of adjacent teeth, a successful resin bonded bridge was constructed and cemented to the adjacent tooth without any further tooth structure removal.

Case 7
Before
After
Missing lower incisor on a patient with periodontal issues. Unable to have an implant due to lack of bone. Patient wanted a fixed replacement solution. To reduce the need for extensive tooth preparation and to stabilise other teeth, a multiple wing resin bonded bridge was constructed.
Implants for Defects

Case 7
Patient has lost the front 4 upper and lower teeth due to periodontal disease. It was replaced with implant bridges.
Full Arch Implants
All on X can be 4 or 6 upper implants. The patient may have lost teeth due to periodontal disease and/or have had dentures in the past that had poor retention. Implants have been placed and a full arch prosthesis made with a titanium framework and a zirconia super structure. The framework sits flush with the teeth with no gaps. Adequate cleaning can be achieved from the palatal side of the prostheses. Full arch implants can be either Hybrid (metal bar with acrylic pink and teeth) or Zirconia (metal bar with zirconia framework).

Miscellaneous
Case 1
Onlays are always a good option when trying to conserve as much tooth structure as possible. Gold is always the “gold standard” due to its superior strength and the less need for extensive tooth preparation.

Case 2
Gold bridges aren’t often done, however, when we do do them, they look magnificent and last a long time.

Case 4
Patient had implants placed for an overdenture. The implant placement was too far forward resulting in the denture still rocking, so a sub-structure was constructed to give more support and reduce the movement of this removable denture option, whilst still maintaining adequate retention.
Case 5
Before
After
Severely worn dentition restored with a combination of crowns, surveyed crowns to house the removable option and a well fitting metal partial denture to replace the missing teeth.

Case 6
A removable partial denture is always a good option to consider when having to replace multiple missing teeth.
Case 7
A temporary denture specially constructed to develop good “emergence profile” – that is how the prosthetic replacement teeth will sit on the gum so it looks like the teeth are “emerging” from the gum like natural teeth. This is an interim process and the teeth will be permanent replaced with an implant retained bridge once the gum has moulded into place.
